At Hydro Hygiene we offer a range of services for our clients.

Installation:

We will install your AUTOilet for you if required. Our fully qualified engineers will come to your premises and professionally install your AUTOilet. This includes all of the plumbing and electrical work required to install the AUTOilet. Our engineers are meticulous about perfection and will endeavour to hide all electrical cable and pipes to the best of their ability. You can be rest assured that getting your AUTOilet installed by Hydro Hygiene will compliment your bathroom.

This service is only available to clients living in or around Tayside and Perthshire.

Rental Agreement:

We realise that purchasing an AUTOilet is an expensive decision and not everyone is happy to spend that sort of money on a toilet seat, no mater how much it will improve their life. For this reason we offer a rental service. This is where the client takes out a rental agreement with us on a yearly contract. Depending on how much they want to initially pay will determine how much it will cost each month. We have various plans on offer to suit most people’s budget. Installation and regular maintenance of the AUTOilet is all calculated into the package.

What you get for your money.

• An AUTOilet installed and set up to your preferences.
• A regular service where we visit your property twice a year to clean and inspect your AUTOilet, change the water filter and nozzle tip.
• Piece of mind. Because if your AUTOilet was to develop a fault and stop working then one of our engineers will come out and repair it for you free of charge.
• Your monthly fee drops after your first year.
• If you keep your rental agreement running for 5 years then the AUTOilet becomes yours.

Hire Purchase:

For people who love our product but cant quite afford it or do not want to be tied into a yearly contract this option might suit them better. We offer a hire purchase agreement where you are able to pay the unit up on a monthly basis until the AUTOilet is paid for. This occurs a typical APR added to the product cost.

Extended Warranty:

We are currently looking into offering an extended warranty service for our AUTOilet’s, More information will be available on this once we have got our pricing structure in place.
