Return of newly delivered items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase it can be returned to us for a refund within 7 days
of receipt. Please contact us in the first instance. The item
must be in a new, resellable condition and in its original
packaging. It is the Buyers responsibility to pay all shipping
charges. As the cost of the unit, being delivered to you initially
will not be refunded.
Due to Hygiene reasons we can not refund any AUTOilet
that has been used or attached to your system in anyway.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that their
system is full compatible with the AUTOiletand that correct water pressure is supplied.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Return under warranty
Our products are very reliable and have undergone a factory
test prior to dispatch. The AUTOilet is also backed by a 12 month RTB manufacturers warranty from
the date of sale.
If a claim is made under warranty, then the process follows
normal commercial practice. Any returns first need to be authorised
by Hydro Hygiene and a returns number issued before we will accept the unit
back. The cost of shipping to us is the responsibility of
the customer. We will then pay the shipping costs back to
the customer for the repaired - or if agreed - replacement
unit. If a product is returned as faulty, and is subsequently
found to be without fault, then all shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover
wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse or damaged caused
by incorrect water pressure being supplied to the AUTOilet.
We are an authorised service centre and carry out the repairs
at our workshops. We carry a large range of spare parts in
stock. This ensures that you are not left without your AUTOilet
for a lengthy period, as it is not required to be sent back
to the factory.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
Once an item has been shipped or installed, customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways for all returns . Please do not ship your package back until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number from us. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will be refused. The customer pays all shipping costs for the returning of the items
Returns Instructions
All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) paper work enclosed inside the box. Please submit online request for a RMA number. Include your name, address, telephone number, Order number, the name of the productand serial number of the AUTOilet you are returning, and the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. The AUTOilet must be returned in its original un-damaged box with all components included .The AUTOilet must be in perfect working order with no damage, marks, Scratches on it. The Electrical cable must not be shorter than 1750mm to the end of the copper cores. Fixing bolts are not to be cut and should be in original condition.

Warranty
All Warranty repairs and replacements are made totally at the discretion of the manufacturer under their terms. All prices, specifications and product availability are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing any product from Hydro Hygiene, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, and our Liability clause: Hydro Hygiene, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for the proper use or installation of any product. The products we carry are hand-made and we cannot guarantee the time when the product will be available, or when it will be installed. Most items will be charged to your credit card at the time you place your order. The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper use of our products. The customer assumes all liability for any damages to people and/or physical property in the use and installation of all products purchased from Hydro Hygiene
Hydro Hygiene is not responsible in any form, directly or indirectly, for damages or injuries to people or damage to personal property arising from the purchase of any bidet (DIB series) from Hydro Hygiene. The sole responsibility for the proper use and installation of products, in case not installed byHydro Hygiene, rests entirely on the customer, or his representative, who purchases our products, or the person(s) who uses or installs our products. By completing your order, you agree that Hydro Hygiene is not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions made by the manufacturer of any product and that neither Hydro Hygiene responsible for any damages, and the customer agrees to pay for any and all court costs and legal fees resulting from any litigation or law suits filed against Hydro Hygiene agree, its owners, employees or representatives.
Hydro Hygiene is not responsible for pricing errors and typographical errors or the accuracy of product photographs. All Prices and Terms subject to change without notice. In case of an unexpected price increase, we will request your approval before proceeding with your order.
Shipping and instalition charges are non refundable and are solely the responsibility of the client. Hydro Hygiene expect no reponsability for any shipping and instalation charges. Terms and conditions must be met otherwise a refund can not be given.
